Booking Terms

Bookings & Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made 15 days before tour commencement. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure: Full refund
15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided.
